Hello, and happy Monday to you! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and were able to celebrate all the wonderful moms in your life!
Last week was quite a hectic week, which spilled over to the weekend, which meant Sunday was for recovery and a long nap! Take a peek below…
During the week, my mom and I took my cousin to Disneyland for her first time. My aunt waited in line 4 hours! to meet Anna and Elsa, while my mom and I took my cousin on rides. I am not so sure I would do it myself, but twirling with a princess just may be the highlight of any 4 year-old’s life. . Disney is quite a different day when you have a 4 year year old and a post op mom in a wheelchair!
Saturday was bridal shower day! If this whole finance career doesn’t work out, I think I want to go in gift box making.
Homemade biscotti is a game changer. They are nothing like the rock hard things Starbucks sells.
Obligatory photo for mothers day. My mom and I having tea in London at the start of our backpacking adventure.

I love meals that take all day on Sunday. Because there is no reason they shouldn’t. Plus I have lunch for days now.
